Yes the FFL Cup with all teams involved - a 68 v 68 knockout with the Winner entering the Cup proper and the Losers entering the Plate competition.

HOW DOES IT WORK
Take your score for your team for the coming matchday over weekend of 3rd & 4th Feb and if you have scored more than the opposition the you are through. Please, please, please do not confuse with your weekly score as this midweek there were 8 Premiership matches that do not count for the Cup.
THEN WHAT
The Cup and Plate will follow a similar path - with 68 teams in each comp, we will hold a preliminary round involving 8 teams in each comp to reduce the size to 64 (4 teams eliminated). Then we go through the motions until the final in May.

9/10 Apr - Last 16 (this matchday is on a Monday/Tuesday)
