Since we’ve not had time to run Simon’s FFL this year, I’m taking a spontaneous and minimal effort approach to World Cup Fantasy Football.

Buy a packet of Panini World Cup football stickers from your local newsagent (RRP £0.50). Rip ‘em open and find out the five players you got.
Post the players names, AND YOUR TEAM NAME, on the Wall of the Facebook page. Want to enter more than one team? Just buy another packet of stickers!! Yes it’s that easy! No managerial skills or statto knowledge required (sorry Simon).
Scores will be awarded based on Picklive points (http://football.picklive.com).
The top three teams at the end of the tournament will be reimbursed for their stickers, as well as receive a special mystery prize (i.e. it’s still a mystery to me what it will be!)
If you’re the kind of person I might suspect of cheating, please also post a photo of your five stickers. Since team selection is essentially random, entry will be open until midnight on Sunday night (13th June).
While you’re at it, follow us on Twitter.
Yep that’s right, now you can keep yourself up-to-the-minute on all the FFL transfer activity. See who’s hot, who’s not, and what your rival managers have been up to in the transfer market.

FFL Cup
FFL Trophy
Finals will take place on the weekend of March 15th (Matchday 39). This will also be the last day to make the cut for the Super 16s. More info when it happens!
Week 23 points, including the Cup & Trophy results, are now available:
FFL Cup Round 3
FFL Trophy Round 3
One draw in the Trophy between Danny’s Bhoys and We Will Live Like Kings, which means a replay this weekend, and the Quarter Finals will take place on 23rd Feb. The draw will be made next week after that replay.
Beyond that, check the full schedule for the Cup & Trophy, and also keep an eye on that page for details of the Super 16s tournament, coming soon!
You can also now tell us what team you support - just for fun, like. (With the exception of Partick Thistle fans who will automatically be deducted 10 points.)
Simon’s FFL.com is now Gravatar-enabled! If you don’t have a scooby what this is, visit gravatar.com for more info. It’s basically an easy way of getting a picture on your user profile page, as well as your team page(s). Check Iain’s team page for an example.
So if you want a profile icon on your FFL pages, go sign up to Gravatar - it’s FREE and really simple to use! For this to work you’ll need to register the same email address with both our site and the Gravatar service.
